Trillium Hinges
I received two hinges from Cottco. Both were sent promptly after ordering. One hinge had significant pitting on it, however, after talking with customer service, this was quickly rectified and a replacement was issued. The hinges appear to be of high quality, however, there does appear to be some side-to-side play in the hinge. While this movement is minor, it is more apparent in the new hinges than in the better of my two forty-year-old hinges. Overall, I am happy to be soon installing the product and am very pleased with the customer service that I received from Cottco.
