RETURNS:
Merchandise returns are accepted for New/Unused Products purchased from Cottco Specialty Hardware up to 10 days following date of purchase. Products ordered in error or refused by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee; there is no restocking charge on hardware merchandise shipped by our error. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns to Cottco Specialty Hardware. Please contact us for Return Authorization Procedure by calling 877-283-1745.
Non-Stock and Special-Order Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

USPS, UPS, FEDEX LTL, CUSTOMER SPECIFIED LTL.
USPS: Including Priority Mail & Priority Mail International - applies to Post Office Boxes and/or Street Addresses. The Customs Declaration provides tracking accessibility, and we will use delivery confirmation where possible. International shipments may require export documentation. UPS: UPS GROUND, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air are domestic shipping options while UPS Standard and Worldwide Expedited are for use with international destinations. All shipments include Tracking Number(s). Exports receive complete shipping documentation including HARMS code, Origin Certificate and NAFTA where applicable. Shipping rates are based on product weight, destination and surcharges implemented by the carrier. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
DUTIES, TAXES, BROKERAGE FEES: The customer is responsible for paying duties, taxes and fees associated with product shipments as dictated by the receiving country. COTTCO will provide an estimate of these charges, but vary depending on country, tariff code.
INTERNATIONAL: Cottco ships internationally using USPS Priority Mail, UPS or DHL. Complete export documentation accompanies all orders shipping to international destinations.

SPECIAL ORDER CUSTOM PRODUCTS: 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE AT TIME OF ORDER WITH BALANCE PAID IN FULL UPON DELIVERY.
